I would just like to say what an incredible job Chuck has done in Cleveland. It's a great facility and the staff is wonderful. The clients are anywhere from 18 to 80 and come in all shapes and colors. It's am amazing place. I hope to visit your Flex in the near future. I am trying and hopefully will attend the Atlanta Panthers Leather Run in November 2008.
