I can't believe its already New Years and I haven't even sent you a note on how wonderful
my trip was to FlexCleveland. I am so happy I was able to stay there. I had a most
wonderful time and Scottie did provide a few Christmas ornaments for my room!!!

I must say I was really surprised how social your place is. Everybody talks to each
other, has a great time, and obviously great sex! I know I had my share of fun! Plus you
are really lucky to have lured Scott away from Miami for a few years. I don't know how
you did it, but he is one awesome person. He was a great guy here and we all miss him
and can't wait until he returns unless you make him your national general manager and
send him to all your clubs! He really is the best. No detail was left unattended.
From luxury rides around town, cute dancers in the club, numerous Michelob Ultras
in my refrigerator, I couldn't have asked for anything else! The guy who takes care
of the hotel stuff, James, I believe, is really a true professional. Nice to see what a great
group of people you've been able to put together for your team in Cleveland.
I will certainly tell and have already talked about it to at least 100 people. I mean,
who else would spend their Christmas in a bathhouse?? All for the sake of journalistic
research, of course! I definitely want to come back when the weather is a tad bit warmer.
I'm sure there is a completely different feeling in the heat of the summer. But I remember
when you and Lyn showed me the place right before you were going to officially open.
I was amazed then and even more amazed now.
I just wanted to thank you so much and especially Scott for all the kindnesses extended
to me during my stay in Cleveland. You are truly the best, Chuck. And I certainly appreciate
your generosity. Please let everyone know how wonderful a visit I had. I'm going to
write about it in my paper this week and will send you copies.

The best bath house i have been to ever, better then Club Clev, and better than any in there area.
Friday when i had arrived i was shy and in my "shell". Not only did the
managers Mike and Scott help me to break free from this but the guys at
freedomranch help me to discover who i really want to be.
I just want to give a huge thankyou to Mike the gm here and Scott the
managers Of this fantastic club!! To all the staff and the Sirs and slaves at Freedomranch thank you so much for helping discover who i really want to be.

Everyone and anyone who wanted to participate, have fun, swim and eat did. Whether you were 21 or 85, you were welcome to participate. In fact,because there were no more chairs poolside, we were bringing chairs from upper deck to join in all the fun. Mike, Scott, Jason and the entire staff work there butts off so everyone has a great time.
I observed only one person who appeared to be a sourpuss and when asked
if he would like something to eat or drink, it was a negative response...
so we left him alone to chat on his cell phone.
Kudos to everyone at Flex, it is the place to be in Cleveland.

I am Johnny Boy. I would just like to say what an incredible job Chuck has done in Cleveland. It's a great facility and the staff is wonderful.
They make all feel welcome.
The clients are anywhere from 18 to 80 and come in all shapes and colors.
It's an amazing place. I started coming to Flex to use the gym and thanks to Flex have done very well.
It's more than just a gym. It's a SPA and a place to relax and make friends.
