My first time back since last "summer". Love the salt water pool. Love the lack of overgrowth in favor of the wall-hung planters. Classy! I actually got some writing work done. (Sick, huh!) Had some fun with some cool guys too.

I was thinking about coming here for my first time and I saw on the calendar that on Thursdays there is a college age (18-21) special. Is this special still going on and what are the rules on it? Like does it start at a specific time?

Had an idea that could benefit regular members and the club - something like a Flex-pay card. A prepaid card that you could purchase in advance say, in increments of $100 but would be valued at $115 or $125. Good revenue to the club and would drive repeat biz.

Hey, I like the new overall attitude improvement on this BB as well as onsite since Richard has taken over the reins. Great to see.

Two items: it is surprising to me that anyone feels so entitled to believe he should not have to pay your very reasonable (if unbelieveably low rates on lockers two days/week) fees. Well, it takes all kinds.

For even more of a bargain, of course, one can come every second Friday night and get FREE HIV/STD testing, which I plan to do tomorrow night. See you then.

Monday proved to be so popular we decided to extend the special to tuesday. We give the guys that prefer lockers two days of discounts (Mon & Tues) and give the guys that prefer rooms two days of discount (Wed. & thu). We are trying to find a middle ground so that we can provide our members with an inexpensive and safe place to meet other guys. There is absolutely no reasonable excuse that will justify your charging weekend rates on Mondays & Tuesdays. Since when did these become weekend days? Was there a state or federal legislatiion passeed that passed my ass? In light of today's economy, with so many of us unemployed, this is completely unfair. I have been coming to yur club for years, always get a room because I like to be comfortable, have my privacy, and because of this I'm being treated unfairly. I expect you to begin charging weekday rates on these days ohterwise you will lose me and many others as loyal customers on these days.

The pool area is really looking great.
It does make an atmosphere of outdoors, it would be great if it were open to outdoors sex and not just restricted to those dark place's.

I just started going back to the Flex in Phoenix several weeks ago. This place is starting to look awesome. It seems like somebody is always working on the place. An awesome transformation is taking place in the pool area. It looks like a new place with the cool new paint scheme and less plants. The plants were way overdone before. We hope you continue and update the steamroom so that it isnt so dark and dingy looking. We will be back again soon.

The weather is perfect for enjoying our beautiful Salt Water Pool and the price can't be beat! $5 Lockers all day until 4pm tues, wed. and thurs. Take advantage of this great deal!

I'd like to suggest that a container like the one in the vending area be put next to the entrance to the platform. It seems like that's the place where guys are more likely to need a spontaneous sheathing.

Condoms are and were available. There are condoms placed in ALL rooms, a large container placed in the Vending area and another container at the check-in window. Additionally we provide large condoms, which are available at the clerks office. We provide these free and encourage all to use them.

I was really shocked to find out there were no condoms provided during black-out Wednesday. I was really shocked that guys were have sex without condoms. Wow, that totally turned me off. Safe sex is the only sex one should have in a bathhouse.

Just visited Flex Phoenix yesterday. LOVED IT!!! I had sex with a cutie Latin 5 minutes after walking through the door! Then had and gave oral to three other guys! Need some floor lights in the glory hole room to navigate better though. Great place and I am coming back next wednesday for Black Out Nite. Great place Richard!

Richard, when will the "heated year-round outdoor pool" be heated? It has been way too cold for several weeks, with night-time lows in the 60's in Phoenix. I think lots of guys would come and socialize in the pool if they knew it was comfortible every day of the year.

I attended Latino night last week and was disappointed. There were hardly anyone there and a handfull of Latinos there. So I thought I would go again this week. I saw at least 3 other latin guys and maybe 10 other guys there. I will say the music is good but Latin night was a bust two weeks in a row.

Is the whole place blacked out? I went to the Chute black-out, and it wasn't completely blacked out... it was slow and not that great.. curious, is the sling room in the black-out area... that be lucky for the lucky person???

Hi! I stopped in on Sept 9 (my first visit!) to nude sunbath and swim. I'm not a fan of crowds so I went midday. What a nice place! The staff is friendly and courteous, the pool area is spotless clean, and it was a nice small social group of guys by the pool. Very enjoyable. The weekday rate apply for Tuesday 8am through Friday at Noon. I was confused about this once, until I read the sign!

I dropped by yesterday and was charged weekend rates at 2:30pm.

So I think if anyone was there today for the "Dick Contest", I don't think it was that successful, due to not many participants. Here are some suggestions for future events:

1. Maybe have cash prizes for all 4 contests. Not saying that having a 1 month free room isn't a great prize, I think more people would participate if cash was involved. Maybe instead of having one big $500 prize, have like $100 prize each for the 4 events.

2. Ideas for future events:
- Best Blow Job: I think this would cause quite the crowd,
- Jack Off contest, see who can jack off fastest, or shoots the farthest

And the other part "& to shell out more money." Break it down; 4 hours for $1.00 - that comes out to be 25 cents an hour for Mondays and and roughly 62 cents an hour for the summer locker special. Where else can you get that kind of entertainment so cheap and in such a great place? ? ? ?

also, in response to azsjoe's poo-poo*ing '$1 locker Mondays,' if it were to be discontinued I think many of us would stop going on Mondays altogether. The Monday crowd is just too hit or miss (too often lately, MISS) to shell out more $$$.

I find the worst thing about FLEX is that is is about an 8 hour drive from Albuquerque to get here. Gregg and the staff are wonderful and the cleaning never stops. Even the smell of fresh paint was inviting. The price is really CHEEP for what you get. In reading some of the complaints I would consider the sorce.Just the plants alone take tons of water and the pool and hot tub are sparkling clean.The new showers are top notch. I actually feel a bit sorry for the guys that can not see how fortunate they are for having such an establishment as FLEX. GREAT JOB GREGG AND STAFF... HUGS

I used to go to the flex with friends about 8 years ago and it was the place to go. It had better music than any of the clubs and always packed with some of the hottest guys every weekend. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and made sure your needs were met. Then they went through some troubles with the management at the time and things started going down hill and it just wasn't the same. What used to be the hottest nights had about 25% of the customers it once had and the music was really bad so me and my buddies sadly stopped going all together. But I have heard that things are looking better and I wish them all the best. It truly was like our Studio 54 in good old Phoenix Arizona. And since me and two of my best buds are still looking Flex fit at 31 were going to pop in and turn some guys out.

Regarding all this discussion about $1 Monday lockers: It seems to me that NO bathhouse/gym makes money when it charges only $1 for admission and use of the facilities, whether this is for 4 or 12 hours. The fact that some people who pay this stunning low fee GRIPE about it, is amazing to me. So here is my proposal:
1) Mondays (or Wednesdays or whatever ONE day is the slowest), lockers are 1/2 their usual weekday price. Currently enrolled students with their school ID cards and currently active military members with their ID cards can get a 1/2 price locker any day of the week (of course this would cost more on weekends, since it would be 1/2 of a larger price). Otherwise, prices remain just as they are today.
2) "Frequent flyers" who visit Flex often to use the gym, and so on, could purchase multi-entrance coupon books, each coupon good for a 4 hour locker. Coupons would cost about $4 each (a 13 coupon book would cost $50, for example). They could be doubled, but are NOT refundable and can NOT be transferred.
3) NO MORE $1 lockers or other money-losing arrangements!!! I've lived in several cities with NO bathhouses, and am very familiar with their importance to the gay community. I want to keep FLEX in business and prosperous. It is to all of our advantage to do so, IMHO.
So there's my 2 cents worth on this subject. And BTW, remember to tip these hard-working guys who do everything they can to make our visits pleasant, clean, safe, and comfortable!

The only change I would like to see is something of an expansion of the 4-hrs-for-$1.00 to include Tues. - Thurs. I've been to other Flex locations where a 'lunchtime special' on lockers is done, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., one some combination of days, M - Th. We already have (basically) all-day $1 lockers on Mondays, but it would be nice to have Other Economical Options available during the week, too. I've had the pleasure of trysting with Hot Business Daddies during their Lunchtime Excursions in Los Angles, Dallas and Houston, and it would certainly be enoyable to see who might pop in for a quickie Tu - Th. Now, for MY b*tch: please, keep track of the towel that YOU are issued, and don't just grab whichever one is closest! Doing so is both RUDE and LAZY. okay so I've been to Flex like 3 times now...I always tell myself that I'm never going back (just because I'm not really comfortable with the whole bath house type of thing) but I'm still going back because of how good of a time I have each time. As one of the clerks at Flex, I would like to take this time to thank each and every member that comes thru the door. If I am able to make you smile that makes my night all the better. We have the best members at Flex and I appreciate all of you. just wanted to let everyone know everytime i go to the flex i have the time of my life i highly recomend it if you just want to relax or if you wanna play around there is always the right guy even if you just wanna chit-chat i love it there and everyone who works there it is just a bummer my car broke down so i wont be able to make it untill two weeks. can't wait

i think your shower area looks great im sure this will def bring more people to you building cant wait to see what chuck has designed for the steamroom area next
