I have been to Flex in Atlanta over the years and it is always full with a lot of guys to choose from. I came to Flex New Orleans with high expectations.

The club is well equiped and very nice but there was not a single other person in the club besides me. Two people eventually came but it took about an hour.

To be fair, it was 8pm on a Tuesday night in July so I guess I should not have expected much but I figured New Orleans is such a happening gay town it would be crowded.

Has anyone else had a similiar experience?

Thank you for your comments and we are working to have them addressed. The sundeck should be open at the end of this week as they are installing a second stairwell for your safety.

We have water available in the office on the first floor, we have tried several time to fix the water fountain on the 5th floor only to have it broken repeatedly. So we are discussing the future of the water fountain on the 5th floor.

This past week we had the air conditioning seviced and if the clerks are trying to accomidate everyone some are too hot and some are too cold, however we try to leave the air at a comfortable temperature.

Thanks for letting us know your concerns, we try to make Flex a great place to relax and play.

What happened with the rooftop area of Flex in New Orleans? It has been closed for atleast six months? Did someone jump or what?

I enjoy my visits to Flex, but a bit taken by the rooftop now always being closed, the lack of working water fountains, the air conditioner does not seem to work on the top two floors, and all of the creepy guys with clothes on in the hallways and play areas talking and texting on their phones.

With the August heat, I hope the air will be turned up a bit, someone will finally fix the water fountains, and you make sure that the visitors take their clothes off and not stand around texting and talking on their phones.

Mister Rufus, I am really sorry about your last visit to Flex.Let me plz start with the rooftop sundeck,it has been closed for the winter months and it will soon be reopening for late spring and summer.The showers near the whirlpool are a rinse off station,due to the heavy traffic,the soap on the floor can be a problem to guest walking through.You can always find soap on the 4th and 5th floor bathroom showers.We have had problems with the whirlpool but it is now running great with temps up to 108!The steamroom has always been working well until 2 weeks ago when we had afew towel hangers pulled off ,we had to turn off the steamroom on a Wednesday to dry out, on Thursday we put the hangers up and we allowed it to dry ,and Fri the steamroom was back and running great as always!!Now the water fountain.We have only one,which is located on the 5th floor which has always been working until we had a incident which someone broke off the mouth guard which bent the tubing which lowered the water pressure.I am waiting for the piece to arrive and hopefully it will be installed before your next visit. I truely do want all Flex guest to be happy with each and every visit!!

Hey Chuck! What is going on at Flex in New Orleans? I have been there several times over the past few months. The roof top area is always closed. Often the steamroom or whirl pool is broken. There is no soap to clean yourself before or after the hot sex. You have no soap in or near the whirlpool baths, sauna or steamrooms. There are no working water fountains! The two in the club have been broken since you reopened after Katrina. I like the people who go to Flex, but Club New Orleans seems to stay on top of these details to enjoying yourself much better than Flex New Orleans and this is not the first time I mentioned these problems to the managment. WTF?

I visited this facility with my partner around Memorial Day 2008. The facilities were very nice and very clean. I was really impressed with the layout of the wet area and the sundeck. One little suggestion would be to add a soap dispenser in the showers by the hot tub. Also the place seem a bit empty, maybe it needs more advertising. I wish you guys open a Flex facility in Dallas, Texas since the two we have around here leave a lot to be desired.

I been coming there for 6 yrs and senice you became manager you have change the movies around and token off the all black movies off. When i come there i stay my 8 hrs and then i renew for another 8 hrs so i have seen all of yous movies and u play them all the time.
