This included supervising all personnel responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of all Concrete, Asphalt, and Subsurface drainage within the city limits. Administrative duties included managing the department’s annual budget for all materials, supplies, tools, and equipment. Additional duties included supervising and maintaining all the city pumping stations that pumped rain run off. I am experienced in all phases of concrete, asphalt, and subsurface drainage construction. As the Dryer Tender, I was responsible for supervising all personnel assigned to the dryers, as well as maintaining full production of all veneer dryers. I was responsible for implementing the new position within the Investigations Division of the Police Department, solely dedicated to Narcotics Investigations.
